Industrial explosives cleaning & deslagging for boilers with tube damage mitigation
This course is designed to maximize safety, dependability, and efficiency when using explosive cleaning methods to extend boiler life, improve boiler efficiency, reduce energy costs, and establish a culture of safe work practices. The course overviews different methods used for explosive industrial cleaning with considerations for operational downtime. We also overview the relevant calculations used to assure that the system will not be damaged during the cleaning and deslagging process. Participants will gain an understanding of how this process works by creating shock waves to fracture and remove the deposited slag, ash, and other debris.
