Thank you for your registration to our course North Dakota Practical Explosive Training School (PETS). This course is an approved blaster refresher course for recertification by the North Dakota Public Service Commission. 

This course covers  general explosives regulations and best practices procedures, with an emphasis on practical knowledge. The topics covered will include regulatory component (explosives safety, handling, storage, and applications) with overview of the current explosive regulations for the Federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF). This course will count for the required continuing education to renew a North Dakota Explosives Permit. Also, this class will be specifically tailored to examine the current correct industrial practices for explosive handling and use in North Dakota and the United States.
